入口好Grenache,有d車里子味, 易入口,ok.

medium bodied,幾果,但finish唔係太長,未訓醒?!
palmer 1970
開左兩個鐘 (太長?!), 落杯色仍好深色,只係杯邊有d磚紅.一落杯就好有果香,入口好滑,但口感好簡單,冇果,finish亦好短,唔似一支parker話95分嘅酒:
Not yet fully mature, the 1970 Palmer is one of the great wines of the vintage. It exhibits a dark, opaque garnet color, and an emerging, fabulously complex, exotic nose of licorice, over-ripe plums and blackcurrants, soy, cedar, and minerals. Rich and concentrated, with medium to full body, a sweet inner-core of fruit, firm but silky tannin, and a long, rich finish, this remains a youthful, potentially superb Palmer. While approachable, it will benefit from another 3-5 years of cellaring, and will keep through the first 10-15 years of the next century.
palmer 1998開左四小時開始飲,入口仍好重單寧,感覺到係炎熱年份出產,但果香同一d泥土香在口中爆出,有d粗獷,收結仍有d苦,整體算唔錯.
palmer 1999
神水第二門徒,parker比95分,亦係開左四小時左右開始飲,但同98係兩回事,係比較陰柔,入口酸度高左d,果味好鮮,但有d薄身.支酒仍未有細緻度,可能需要一段時間去發展.
vcc 1975
單寧冇晒,入口有d茶味,仲有d果,飲落幾好,但已經冇乜火.
落杯嘅顏色,掛杯,絕對唔似廿幾件酒,入口有D黑梅味,泥土,有d礦物味,有d粗糙,唔夠精細,但仍可口.
L'Evangile 1996
深紫色,入口亦係好濃烈merlot味,好右岸酒.有d雲尼拉拿味,有d拖肥,黑加倫子味,味道出晒,支酒單寧仍重,仲要時間等支酒成熟,融合,依家飲可能早左d.
第二日,酒友A唔夠喉,同佢再飲:

好水汪汪,冇乜body,搖杯先有d香氣, 有d青蘋果味,放左一小時左右,香氣多左,口感多左d甜,似果汁!
Vincent Girardin Puligny Montrachet Vieilles Vignes 2003
入口有d簡單,有d生果味,但復習度一般.
Duhart Milon 2001
medium-boied, 口感單調,finish亦唔長.
Boyd-Cantenac 2002
入口有d粗,但飲得出泥土味, 木桶味,finish亦有d單寧好'鞋',需要時間去陳年.一年內試過三支同年份boyd仔,三支都唔同味,差異比較大.
