初次飲''花仔''

Les Pensees de Lafleur 2001
產量不多的''花仔'', 在馬友僅售六百幾,酒友T帶黎試下,開瓶後個多小時,酸度好高,而且有D"鞋",上''飯堂''前過一過DECANTER, 可惜飲到最後一段先開左D,MEDIUM BODY,入口酸度仍係高左D.

Chateau Leoville Poyferre 1996
半年前左右飲過一次,佢開出黎嘅果味好吸引.今次呢支仲CLOSE左D,開左三個鐘,過了兩次DECANTER,仲未開出香氣,入口舒服,現階段未飲到層次,但酒身好扎實,段段有力.係少數自己想年年試下飲嘅酒,PARKER先生話飲到2040年.....唔知自己有冇命去飲?!

Extremely closed and backward, but oh, so impressive, the 1996 (as well as the 1995) is a wine that should be purchased only by patient Bordeaux connoisseurs. The 1996 offers a dark, dense ruby/purple color, followed by a reluctant but promising nose of cassis, licorice, spicy oak, and minerals. Powerful and medium to full-bodied, with high tannin but a sensational finish (35+ seconds), this deep, serious, uncompromising claret will require a decade of cellaring. It is a brilliant wine, but long-term aging is warranted. Anticipated maturity: 2008-2040

上次飲到花香,但今次飲就POWERFUL,有D煙葉,有D木味,有力度,唔錯!

La Mission Haut Brion 1994
開左兩個鐘仲係好皮革,濕泥味,冇果.要四個鐘先開到,有樟腦,香木,又有少少果帶到出黎,有d層次,FINISH就響個口段段湧出黎.幾好飲.

Clerc Milon 1999

好果,入口好層次,有木桶,有黑朱古力,紅梅味好鮮,好滑,亦好飲!

Chateau La Grave a Pomerol 2001
比較新派,木桶味,有少少咖啡味,果唔係好出,早飲左D.

Clos du Marquis 2001
第二支飲,開得較靓,medium to full,有d煙葉味,有少少果,但落喉嚨時有少少搶,未係最岩飲之時.

LAngelique de Monbousquet 1999
好甜,好薄身,似飲糖水,不討好.

Philipponnat Grand Blanc Blanc de Blanc 1999
bubble好搶,但冇乜香氣,口感一般,冇乜特別.

Chateau Pape Clement 1999
開左兩個鐘後飲,入口有香木味,有藍莓,煙葉,好powerful,冇幾個月前飲咁幼細.

Chateau Montrose 1995
仍好CLOSE,冇乜層次,不過飲到尾時,果種力量,己係當晚之冠!

Chateau Grand-Puy-Lacoste 1994
初開好香,飲落好粗,有鐵片味,之後再飲好D,不過仍不討好.

Chateau Ducru Beaucaillou 1994
都係好木,冇乜層次,不過飲落口好舒服.

Chateau Canon la Gaffeliere 1994
有D膠味,木桶,有D濕布味,有層次,可惜冇果,酒底又唔靓!

Le Petit Cheval 1998
medium body,初飲酒精同酸度好搶,飲落冇乜層次.第二round再飲,開左d,入口順滑,果味出,又有d礦物味.幾好,但冇飲ausone仔時咁大驚喜.

13/3 再黎 Chapelle d'Ausone

一個忙碌嘅中午,收到老闆H電話, 吹雞食飯,原來酒友T響大陸趕落黎飲野........即刻人都醒晒,開TURBO拿拿淋做完手頭野,八點鐘多一個字趕到,今次食私房牛排,自己買料上去整,水準有所改善!

頭輪先圍左兩支右岸野:

Chateau La Fleur Petrus 1999

一開已經有香味湧出黎,開瓶後一小時左右開始飲, 落杯色澤有d濁,入口medium body,煙葉味, 香木味,泥土味,但酸度高左D.第二杯放耐d,慢慢出左D菌類嘅味道,好幼細,口感好滑,FINISH唔係好搶,但響口中不斷出黎,比好多野你.依家岩飲!


La Chapelle d'Ausone 1996

開首香味唔多夠,但上到餐廳坐底,倒左一D落杯BREATH下,支酒先開始黎.有D泥土味,有D香木,有D莓味,好POWERFUL.過多一個鐘左右,支酒細緻左,柔順左,有D似之前支''旗仔'',但冇咁果,但層次比前一支優美.


飲到十點左右,唔多夠喉,老闆H整多兩支Pauillac 野上黎:

Chateau Croizet Bages 1995
一開十五分鐘已經飲得,香氣有D肉味, 入口則有d烤米餅,米茶味,果味唔係好出,已經冇乜單寧,但入口有d辛辣刺激喉嚨,唔太討好.

Chateau Lynch Bages 1993
比 Croizet Bages遲開,但味道卻來得更早,入口都有烤米餅味,果就少少咁出,少少煙絲味,唔係太搶,但半個鐘左右好似down左落黎,維持唔到!

Le Clementin de Pape Clement Blanc 2001

好Chardonnay,唔似係Semillon-Sauvignon Blanc, 初開桶味較濃,半個鐘左右柔順左,出左D杏仁味,有D牛油果味,收結有D甜身.


Meo Camuzet Chambolle Musigny 2003

支酒好封閉,個半鐘左右才開始有D味,香氣唔足,口感就中等,中段開始層次多左,有D肉味,有D果,可能早飲左,都係欠缺少少細緻, 但都幾好.

Georges Lignier Clos Saint Denis Grand Cru 2003

色好晶瑩,果好快出,BODY薄左D,但草莓味吸引,可惜中段開始已經變化不大.

酒友T星期五唔得閒黎飲burg,所以落藥引人食飯:


Tua Rita Giusto di Notri Toscana IGT 2003

6:30開,double decant,開頭好香果味,但慢慢收左,八點半左右開始飲,果唔多出,有香料味,finish短.飲到十點左右支酒仲變緊,果出左d,又有d薄荷味,只係少左d層次,finish又唔討好,味都唔係好出.

呢支野01年parker比97分,未飲過,可惜高分左又產量倍增,唔知係未keep唔到水準,如果玩blind,呢支只係一支三,四百嘅南法酒.

Chapelle d'Ausone 2002

6:00開,double decant,一開有d香氣,酸度足.八點半開始飲, blueberry 味好鮮! 有少少泥土味,有d木桶香,支酒好幼細,風格似Figeac, 一支好高雅嘅酒.parker比90分,反映唔到支酒質素!

La Dame de Montrose 2000

又係6:00開,double decant,香氣唔多夠,中段有d果出左,但酒精味有d搶,層次唔夠鮮明,係飲到正酒嘅影子,中段有d睇頭,但仍開唔到.三四百蚊有得諗下買一,兩支陳下.

第一次飲佢,有d驚喜!

話佢比pape clement 個老板買左,投放多左資源,所以質素好左.

佢好powerful,有d梅味,不過持久力就冇咁勁,中後段支酒散得好快,整體有八分似pauillac酒,三百零蚊,依家抵.飲.

Chateau Moulin St Georges 2000

同上次飲一樣,未開,茶味,桶味,泥土味.
